I work with individuals and couples. As a marriage counselor, I strive to teach the skills of true empathy. And, as a mother, I love to work with clients who have children. When a family system is strained, parents often need individual support as well as marriage counseling. Providing support for parents is essential to the health of the kids and the whole family. When a child is having trouble, the family system struggles. Identifying the barriers to communication and how one's history shows up in one's parenting style is necessary to whole family healing. You don't have to parent a troubled teen or difficult toddler alone.

Carly Keogh is a licensed mental health counselor. Carly helps her patients feel in charge of their own journeys by connecting with them and supporting them through hardship. While Carly believes strongly that each patient should be empowered to select their own treatment plan, she provides a clinical perspective and outside opinion. She offers support, and encouragement, and helps people see their own value and potential. She isn’t afraid to try unconventional methods and is always willing to adjust her approach to meet her patients’ needs. Carly works with patients ages 15-65.

As a biracial clinician, I am focused on delivering affirming services to BIPOC and other marginalized identities. With a focus on trauma-informed and culturally inclusive therapy, I have experience working with folks managing mental health challenges, grief/loss, and neurodivergence. I’ve also worked with individuals struggling with family difficulties, school, and finances, particularly young women, expecting parents, and young mothers.

Kevin Sustad is a licensed mental health counselor. Since he started working with patients in 2021, Kevin has worked to create a warm, comfortable, and safe space for patients to embark on their therapeutic journey. He believes that establishing a solid therapeutic relationship from the beginning helps patients feel welcome during sessions, giving them the ability to achieve their goals. He aims to support patients in addressing the difficulties they face throughout their lives. Michael Martin is a licensed clinical social worker. His years of experience have helped him become culturally competent in working with patients of different ages, races, and cultures, and he is always eager to expand his understanding. He sees the patient-therapist relationship as a team. With a new patient, Michael first seeks to fully understand the scope of what the patient is seeking help with. From there, he establishes a collaborative relationship based on learning and practicing coping, cognitive, and social skills to help them thrive and achieve their goals.

Stefanie Vitale is a licensed clinical social worker. Stefanie has been treating patients since 2006 and brings a wealth of experience in the mental health field to her practice. She helps patients with upsets or interferences in their daily functioning and emotional health by providing a safe space to process, discuss, and learn new techniques to work through these issues. She aims to foster healing, rebuilding, and triumph so her patients can reach their goals. Patients can count on Stefanie to be warm, realistic, empathetic, and non-judgmental as they process their concerns during sessions.

Osdely Castillo is a licensed mental health counselor. Osdely believes that a therapist’s role is to help guide their patients’ self-discovery. Osdely empowers her patients to identify their strengths, improve their self-esteem, and enhance their problem-solving skills to tackle life’s challenges. Osdely guides her patients in finding the best solutions for their concerns and incorporating those changes into their daily lives. She also strengthens their self-awareness of irrational thinking patterns and on implementing healthier coping strategies.

Denise is a NY state licensed clinical social worker whose experience since graduating from NYU’s MSW program in 2004 includes working with a vast range of clients in a multitude of settings which include hospital, forensic, and college counseling centers.

Elyse provides therapy for adolescents and adults who have experienced traumatic incidents; have symptoms of anxiety and depression; have symptoms of anxiety and depression related to the birth or impending birth of a child; need support increasing their self-esteem; are having relationship challenges; and those who may like support to increase social skills. Elyse has experience working in Massachusetts, Connecticut and New York through a variety of settings such as a residential school, supportive services through the state, foster care services, a community mental health clinic, schools and private practices.

Jacob Yohay is a licensed clinical social worker. Jacob is a compassionate and kind provider, he works patiently but tirelessly with clients to help them achieve their goals. He has experience with many types of therapy, but never tries to fit his clients into any particular therapeutic box. He believes we are all complex, multifaceted individuals who are always richer and more complicated than any theory can fully capture. Clients go to Jacob looking for a provider who creates a warm, welcoming, judgment-free space. He treats clients ages 16 - 65 years old.

Dena Damaskinos is a licensed mental health counselor. Dena engages with her patients to help them find a sense of empowerment. By validating her patients’ emotions and helping them feel heard, Dena helps her patients identify what’s keeping them stuck and what changes they need to make to see healing in their lives. Dena helps her patients explore avenues for healing. It all begins with reaching out to start the conversation.

Melissa works with her patients, going at their pace as she guides them through therapy as they regain their sense of safety, healing, and peace. She takes the time to learn about her patients, why they’re seeking therapy, and how she can help guide them toward effective treatment. Her goal is to help her patients cultivate resilience so they can see their inner strengths and find hope in all areas of their lives. Melissa has been providing therapy since 2012 and works with patients ages 11-65.

I am a New York Licensed Clinical Social Worker; who has been in the field of mental health for approximately twenty-three years. I graduated from John Jay College, with a BA in Forensic Psychology and minors in Women’s Studies, African American Studies as well as Anthropology and Sociology. I also received my Masters in Social Work, from Hunter College, School of School of Social Work.

Kamilah Bradley is a licensed mental health counselor. Kamilah believes everyone has a story that is uniquely theirs and it's important and life-transforming for another person to bear witness to that story. Her role as a therapist is to support you in finding your inner strength to weave together the threads of your story. Clients go to Kamilah seeking a provider who will leave them with insights or reflections after the session ends to implement in their daily lives. Kamilah utilizes Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family System Therapy, and Solution Focused to engage clients during their sessions.
