Hi I’m Dr. Ev Kotowska. My passion as a clinician is to orient you towards a healing path that provides you with a deeper sense of purpose and meaning. I am patient-centered and integrate contemporary psychotherapy with eastern meditative and spiritual traditions. My training has covered the lifespan-from infants to elderly adults in multiple settings treating a wide range of mental health and behavioral difficulties that interfere with daily living. I am committed to creating a safe and warm environment utilizing evidence-based techniques and research to inform my practice and to help clients move toward their desired outcome.

I am a warm and insightful psychologist who focuses on helping people make significant changes in personal and professional areas of their lives. I work with adults, couples, and families who are dealing with transitions or want to maximize their full potential. In the first session I identify the areas which are most crucial to focus on and the approach which will be most useful for reaching your goals quickly. We then jointly create a plan of action for reaching your objectives.

Psychotherapy is available for issues including anxiety, depression, substance abuse as well as eating disorders, couples therapy, individual and family therapy. HIV pre and post counseling, postpartum depression, court mandated treatment, phobias/panic attack, autism, Asperger, ADHD/ ADD, and OCD are a few of the presenting issues I specialize in with over 40 years of experience.
