I graduated from St. Bonaventure University with my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have had several years of experience working with adults, adolescents, and families by facilitating individual and group therapy sessions. I support individuals in navigating their issues by operating from a person-centered and trauma-informed lens. Helping people achieve their goals through utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy in order to improve their lives.
