As a humanistically and psychodynamically trained Clinical Psychologist and Creative Arts Psychotherapist I provide treatment for various mental health difficulties for adolescents, adults and families. I am passionate about helping couples have more satisfying relationships. While I believe couples benefit from the Gottman tools to improve communication, friendship, and intimacy, I also work with couples on deeper issues; what is each individual bringing to the session internally. How do family of origin issues impact each person and the couple. I help couples connect with themselves and calm themselves using mindfulness and self-soothing. This combination can allow couples to be more vulnerable with each other to improve the feeling of connection.

Children suspected of having a developmental disorder (e.g., intellectual disability, ADHD, or learning disability) often require evaluation. Children diagnosed with a medical disorder (e.g., epilepsy) or who sustained a head injury may require evaluation for treatment planning.
