With this age group, I often note symptoms of: anxiety, lack of fulfillment, avoidance or all-or-nothing behaviors, relationship complications, existential dread, and loneliness. Many of my clients work in high-demand fields such as finance, law, accounting, marketing, PR, communications, etc. and have trouble finding balance in life. I will work to help you improve coping skills, psychoeducation, and felt meaning and contentment in life.
