I am a Christian counselor who provide counseling to children, adolescents, couples and families who experience personal difficulties that challenge their well-being. The services are provided face-to-face in a confidential and private office in a non-judgmental and well-ness enhancing atmosphere. Clear goals are agreed upon with the individual/s and mutual efforts are made to achieve these goals. Clients are encouraged to develop problem-solving, coping and self-care skills. The treatment approach varies based on presenting concern.

Rebecca Balacki is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York who has been practicing since 2019. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from SUNY Cortland and a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Touro College. Rebecca follows a person-centered and strengths-based approach when working with clients. She focuses on empowering clients to face and work through their challenges by utilizing unconditional positive regard, optimism, empathy, hope, as well as assisting clients in developing insight into their emotions and behaviors.

Laura Baden has a Master's degree and license in Mental Health Counseling, which she earned from Baruch College in Manhattan. Laura has worked within multiple settings, prior to LifeStance Health she had worked in another private practice, a forensic clinic, a foster care agency, and 2 schools . During her time within these settings, Laura had developed skills which led her to become skilled working with all ages, with focuses on trauma, sex/sexuality, parenting/child behavior, and relationships. Laura has worked with several mental health concerns with adults including anxiety, depression, grief, and stress management.

Katy Caraveo is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York who has been practicing since 2021. She studied clinical art therapy and received her Bachelors in Science at LIU Post. Katy continued her educational career at Adler University - Chicago where she received training in the utilization of both mental health and art therapy techniques to support clients with their therapeutic goals. Katy has worked with a large variety of clients ranging from pre-teens to adults struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship issues, trauma, and other life challenges.

Nicole Alaimo is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York who has been practicing since 2017.
