I believe in the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship - as a site for activation, reflection, examination, change, and corrective emotional experiences. So often the very things that have helped protect us throughout our lives also create barriers and challenges. Therapy offers us a space to slow down and explore these defenses and patterns, and to develop healthier alternatives. We will work collaboratively to reach mutual understanding, honest emotional expression, and to acknowledge and nourish your true self, in all of its complexity - which will hopefully lead to a more authentic, vibrant, fulfilling life.

Feeling uncertain, frustrated, or exhausted? Are these emotions starting to feel overwhelming? In times of heightened uncertainty, resilience becomes paramount, often stemming from self-awareness and self-acceptance. Through therapy, we embark on a journey to cultivate empathy, enhance self-expression, and foster compassion within ourselves. Additionally, we learn to establish and honor our boundaries while nurturing the relationships that provide us with support. I strongly believe that therapy should be engaging and dynamic, creating a space where growth and transformation can flourish.

As part of our process, we'll work to enhance your confidence regarding the future of your ro mantic life, foster acceptance regarding previous actions/inactions, and address your inner critic, which imparts doubt in decision-making.
For ambitious, driven individuals in their 20-30’s, life can get quite overwhelming. Juggling family responsibilities, ro mantic interests, and career aspirations while trying to establish a strong sense of independence is no small task. Perhaps you're left feeling like you're navigating the shift into early adulthood without a map, or charting new waters without land in sight. You may feel like you're doing a lot more, but not necessarily getting a lot more done, and the expectation that reaching a certain milestone will bring comfort is constantly being met with disappointment, leaving you feeling unmotivated and unfulfilled.

Over the past 10 years of being in the mental health field providing over 10,000 hours of therapy, what I enjoy most about my work is that it has helped those I serve to increase their awareness and ability to cope with both empowering education and tools to move confidently in all areas of their life. I often tell clients, friends, and family, "we all benefit from support and guidance."
