My intention is to help you improve healthy coping to manage depression, anxiety, trauma or distress associated with life transitions. Mental health disorders can leave one feeling isolated and stigmatized which can hinder building healthy relationships with ourselves and others.
Having a trusted therapist can make a world of difference. Our time will be spent building mutual trust and respect to identify your strengths and needs and develop goals. I often utilize EMDR but that is optional. Your plan for change will be based on what you want to work on. Together we can identify a place to start.
