Hello, this is my private practice's page. I am accepting new clients in person or through telehealth. I am a licensed CPC Intern, CI5287, graduated from UNLV's CACREP-accredited master program. My areas of expertise are working with any mental distress related symptoms and assisting clients in achieving self-leadership and self-compassion. I would like to provide clients the utmost compassion and unconditional positive regard. I believe my clients are probably already trying their best, and they might just need a map to navigate the areas of themselves that are struggling. My approach is emotion-based and trauma-focused.

I have a deep love of working with individuals, couples and families of all backgrounds. I have experience working with trauma, depression, anxiety, infertility, pregnancy loss, relational issues, and many other areas of concern. I predominantly use EMDR, EFT, and mindfulness approaches to guide clients towards healing and peace. I am currently obtaining training in Parts and Memory.

My ideal client is one who experiences persistent sadness and hopelessness, excessive worrying, irritability and/or guilt related to the recent loss of a personal relationship, loss of interest/pleasure in activities once enjoyed, excessive guilt pertaining to their actions/behaviors, difficulty concentrating, needs emotional support in a non-judgemental environment, wants to reconnect with family/friends, and someone who wants to start enjoying life more by decreasing anxiety, sadness, worry, guilt and worthlessness while increasing time spent with loved ones, positive activities/interests, and becoming more social.

Change and growth may feel unwelcome, yet you might find that your usual ways of coping aren’t holding up like they use to. Managing stress and constantly feeling restless is exhausting. Sessions aim to explore formative life experiences and culture to better understand the factors that impact you now and contribute to who you are today. Empathy and self-compassion are the basis of my therapeutic approach where we will focus on building a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. My current focus is working with clients experiencing the life stage transition into adulthood (18-30 y/o) and those reconciling childhood trauma.
