I have experience working with those who struggle with anxiety and depression and plan to expand my knowledge and experience in time. I have experience working in family settings as well and allowing every voice in a unit to be heard. Working together to build the healthiest community is a pivotal priority in my practice.

Introspection, education, and skill building are the cornerstones of my therapeutic approach. I have extensive professional experience working with neurodivergent individuals of all ages as well as those with more challenging mood disorders.

We all go through periods of worry or sadness from time to time. For many, these experiences are manageable and brief.
