At Nutmeg Counseling, we focus on helping you work through what you're going through. It could be anxiety, depression, substance use, or anything else that is going on in your life that you need help with. We work with you to figure out where you are having challenges that you would like to work on, then we work with you to come up with a plan to meet your goals. We offer counseling for anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance abuse, and other behavioral or emotional health issues. We work with individuals (children, teens, and adults), couples, and families.
We use different treatments depending on what your particular situation needs. We use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), mindfulness based therapies, relaxation/self care, play therapy, problem solving, and other ways of helping you meet your goals depending on what you need.
