We were established with the purpose of supporting individuals, couples, and families who face challenging situations that often contribute to psychological and emotional distress. We provide evidence-based approaches to elicit change from unhealthy patterns of behavior towards healthy coping strategies with effective communication skills. Every client is provided a safe environment to express their thoughts and emotions with acceptance and no judgment. A primary focus of ours is to strengthen relationship bonds and increase emotional connections. As a Faith based counseling center, we offer Christian perspective and integration in sessions upon request.

Pre-Marital Counseling
A skilled and trained SYMBIS therapist provides pre-marital counseling to three couples meeting weekly in-person for 8 weeks. The therapist facilitates group sessions to help engaged couples or those considering marriage to prepare for a successful and fulfilling marriage. Important issues and understanding each other's personalities, values, and expectations before marriage, couples can build a stronger foundation for their relationship. The program includes an assessment questionnaire that each partner completes separately. Communication, conflict resolution, financial management, personal values, family backgrounds, and support network is covered.
