We specialize in perinatal and maternal mental health and are here to support you.
We have the experience and training to support clients through pregnancy stress, infertility challenges, miscarriage or infant loss, NICU stays, postpartum depression or anxiety, birth trauma, and third party reproduction. We have therapists for individual support as well couples and marriage therapy. We also offer medication or supplement management.
There is so much pressure on women these days, and asking for help can feel vulnerable, but we are here for you. The mental load is heavy, and having so many choices can be overwhelming. We can help to validate the struggles you are having, teach you strategies to support your mental health, normalize your challenges, and help you gain confidence.
