Nuquanna likes to think of herself as a beam of light. A beam of light can be defined as a directional projection of light energy radiating from a light source. Nuquanna uses her life experiences, knowledge, and various available resources to help people. Sometimes people can't find their way because they have been in a dark place, and Nuquanna likes to help people turn on their light. Nuquanna incorporates a person-centered therapy style where she can help uncover what clients like, what they need, what interests them, and how to remove the clutter.
Nuquanna compares mental health to being much like a coloring book. We are born with different pages of our life and reflect all different designs. If we have the proper tools as we grow, we have beautifully colored pages.
In her spare time, Nuquanna loves to spend time with family and friends. She enjoys crocheting, writing, and mushy romantic movies. She also enjoys festivals and baking. Her favorite color is green.
