Women of Color: Process Group (via Zoom)
This is a sanctuary of diversity and inclusivity, welcoming women who identify as a person of color (Black, Indigenous, Latinx, SWANA, MENA, etc.). It's a safe space to process social, familial, relational, and/or cultural challenges, and to build an intentional community that offers solidarity, understanding, self-care, and emotional wellness strategies within cultural identities. We encourage regular attendance to ensure stable support for each individual. This structure allows for a consistent and supportive environment. This group will be facilitated by a woman of color therapist, welcoming and recognizing the intersectionality and diversity of your experiences, thoughts, and voices.
