I have a doctorate degree in Counseling Psychology (PsychD) and over 15 years of experience offering psychotherapy in the U.S.A. and internationally. Some of the areas I work with include anxiety, depression, PTSD, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, grief, chronic health issues, life transitions, academic life issues, cultural identity issues.
My approach to therapy is eclectic and relational, combining various models (including person-centered, psychodynamic, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness and CBT) to serve your individual therapeutic needs.
