My passion is to guide my clients towards making positive changes by using therapeutic tools that best suit the individual or family dynamic.
I work with children, teens, adults and families that are struggling with anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, grief & loss, emotional regulation skills, life transitions, relationship issues and parenting skills. I guide therapy to support my clients in uncovering, growing, and incorporating insights and positive changes gained through our work together.
