Hi, I’m Jenessa. I'm a therapist, former school counselor and teacher. For the past 15 years my passion has been supporting children and families strengthen their relationship and experience self-growth. I know that making sense of our life stories can be difficult. You and your child deserve a guide to be with when things are hard. I offer child, teen, and family therapy, as well as parent coaching. In our work together I focus on uncovering greater self-awareness and stronger interpersonal relationships.

For kids and teens, I offer a safe space, a place to process, learn, heal and develop resilience. For families and caregivers I'm here to help foster more compassion, love, and care.
