I enjoy working with clients struggling with a multitude of stressors. I have a history of working with the geriatric population which is meaningful for myself personally. But, I also enjoy meeting and getting to know adults of all ages as they move through the challenges of different phases of growing. Much of my focus, since graduating, has been on trauma informed care for clients. I also enjoy working with adults with ADHD and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

I focus on unresolved family of origin issues that typically result in the child never outgrowing appropriate insecurity. This then becomes inappropriate insecurity in adulthood which compromises the emotional quality of life in intimate relationships. This adult emotional insecurity manifests itself when a person unknowingly becomes excessively emotionally or physically dependent upon other human beings or activities for that emotional or physical nurturing. The loss of this nurturing will then trigger emotional stress. When this emotional stress becomes chronic, psychological and physiological problems can occur. I identify and teach my clients how to overcome this lifelong insecure thinking and behaving.

The Kid's Therapy Center LLC is a mental health counseling and training center focusing on children, adolescents and adults. Therapy is offered individually and in a group setting. In addition, the center offers education for professionals, students, or caregivers pertaining to childhood issues they may encounter within their profession and viable treatment options.

I offer outpatient therapy services for all ages to address a variety of areas including relational issues, depression, anxiety, family stress, divorce, parent/child conflict, self-esteem, sexual abuse, child abuse/neglect, and grief/loss. I serve individuals, couples, and families.

I provide outpatient therapy services to children, adults, and families addressing issues related, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, grief/loss, divorce, abuse, cancer/medical issues, and women's issues (infertility, perinatal loss, abortion, etc). My goal is to assist individuals and/or families in finding the balance needed to lead stable, healthy lifestyles while creating and rebuilding essential, life-long relationships. I have worked with children, adults, and families for several years and focus on respect, love, connections, and most importantly, discovery.

We all have stories to tell. As a therapist, my greatest joy is working with clients on rewriting their story in a way that gives them power over their life. I specialize in working with survivors of sexual exploitation, families impacted by foster care, complex trauma, and codependency.

I predominately work with individuals ages 8-25 who might struggle with various issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger management, and low self esteem. I also have experience working with adults and families. I use various therapeutic techniques such as, cognitive behavioral and person centered, to help individuals who might be struggling with anything from day to day struggles to a significant life event. I am also trained in EMDR.

Providing individual therapy to individuals 16 years and older. I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, parenting skills & education, and life transitions.

I provide outpatient therapy services to children, adults, and families. My goal is to build positive, authentic relationships with individuals and/or families to support and guide them through life’s stresses, past trauma, or other current concerns or issues. These include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, school concerns, grief/loss, relationships, trauma, and women’s issues (including infertility, abortion, perinatal loss, etc.).

Adults, adolescents, and couples, reach out to me for assistance with psychological trauma and help with depression, anxiety, life transitions, stress, emotional crisis, grief, spiritual growth, and relationship issues. I specialize in helping people stuck in their trauma who do not feel like they can move on from the hurt and pain they have experienced in their life. Additionally work with couples on finding better ways of growing their relationships and assisting people who have been exposed to traumatic events or incidents.

I am passionate about empowering others to create wellness in their lives. My healing approach is person-centered and affirming; where all parts of you are welcomed and appreciated. I have served children, teens, and adults from diverse backgrounds. My clinical focus supports those oppressed and vulnerable populations including high-risk youth, women, Indigenous, people of color, and LGBTQI+. What my clients all have in common is the desire to feel heard, to belong, and find peace within themselves.
