Many people seek therapy to help them navigate through all the twists and turns in life. I am passionate about my work with children and teens to help them process these challenges. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and I enjoy working with individuals from a multitude of different backgrounds and I have experience working with individuals of all ages from children to older adults. I am currently accepting clients ages 5-17 both in-person and over telehealth. I am excited to help you and/or your child navigate life’s journey!

Hello! I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who struggle with challenging life transitions, depression, anxiety, low self esteem, and relational issues. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and welcome all individuals from different backgrounds. Life can be stressful, and you shouldn't have to navigate it on your own. I can help you find a new direction!

I am passionate about helping people achieve a state of mental and emotional wellness and realizing their full potential. I believe that curiosity, compassion, and forgiveness towards self and others form the ideal environment to begin healing. I prefer an integrative approach, meaning I choose theories and techniques based on the client's needs. I counsel individuals ages 15 and up, as well as couples.

I have always had a soft spot for the underdog. I believe that the human spirit, when inspired, has the ability to overcome any obstacle with the right tools in place. I also believe that everyone strives for authenticity, and has the right (and inherent desire) to live in such a way that honors one’s full potential, even if it goes against popular opinion. I will work with you to draw out what truly matters to you, to provide the appropriate tools, and to help build momentum by building confidence in taking the next step forward to wherever it is you need to go in this journey we call life.

I have experience working with preteens, teens, and adults of all ages who experience a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, suicidal ideation, relationship issues, anger management, and much more.

I am passionate about working with adults who are navigating growth and change in their lives. I work with individuals struggling with the effects of stress and anxiety, depression, powerlessness, self criticism, navigating life transitions and those experiencing grief and loss. Therapy is a collaborative effort between the client and the clinician.
