Women's Connections in Littleton

Support and be supported while learning coping skills and building self worth. We will explore our beliefs and experiences with our feelings while building connection. Learn to navigate stress, anxiety, depression, pressure to perform, feelings of ‘not enough’ and difficult relationships. We will practice mindfulness, coping skills, self-acceptance, friendship and support systems to better understand emotions while building healthy self-esteem. The group is a safe space to process and connect with other women. Participants must pre-register. Join anytime, group is drop-in. Cigna, UHC or self pay $40 a session.
