I am passionate about creating a safe space where together we use your inherent wisdom to integrate truth and release faulty beliefs that keep you stuck. I attend sessions as an empathetic witness using compassionate curiosity to assist you on the journey back to your authentic self. I have experience and enjoy counseling other therapists.

I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and use other evidence based practices, like IFS (Internal Family Systems), Polyvagal, CI (Compassionate Inquiry), and Mindfulness. I have experience with Ketamine assisted therapy and can help you get more from your sessions. I support clients in meeting the goals they set for therapy.
