I will work with you, and help you explore your presenting problem, and guide you towards the change you are looking for, so you can be able to start the healing process and be able to move on with your life. Getting help can be difficult and doing it alone can even take longer. Even if you are unsure of reaching out, give it a try. I have worked with all age groups. And, I am currently working with young adults all the way through the geriatric population.
My specialties are; life transitions, career counseling, stressors, life coaching, anxiety, and depression. I tailor my therapeutic approaches based on my client's needs such as: cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused in an open and secured environment.
I do my best to work around client schedules so their their mental health needs can be met by providing telehealth therapy in a safe and calming space.
