I am a warm, empathic, therapist with over 20 yrs. of experience providing mental health services. I have worked in a variety of mental health settings, including college counseling centers and mental health clinics.
I am an eclectic therapist with extensive training and experience offering CBT and trauma focused therapy. I have a DBT certification and am well versed in teaching mindfulness. An area of strength is working competently with multicultural issues. I approach cultural differences with humility and an interest in understanding every individual's worldview.
