Before I became a therapist, I worked as a lawyer in NYC and understand the intensity of work in law firms and financial services. I also have a background in the arts and understand the unique challenges of creative work. I've received specialized training in counseling couples to view conflict as an opportunity for growth and to deepen their connection.
My style is interactive and supportive to help you figure out next steps based on your strengths. I combine psychodynamic training (talk therapy) with evidence-based modalities including CBT, Schema Work and IFS. And I can teach you how to use The Tools as shown in the movie Stutz, to help you take action towards your goals and feel excited about your life.
