Have you ever found yourself thinking "I am not good enough" or "I am unlovable"? Most of us may have these core beliefs that interfere with our ability to reach our full potential. In addition, many of the issues and core beliefs that we deal with later in life are a result of emotional wounds that are suffered early on. We will work together to figure out the root of these core beliefs in order to help you heal and become the best version of yourself. By providing a safe and secure space in which clients can explore and overcome their challenges, we can work collaboratively towards your goals of healing.
My therapeutic space is one in which I serve as a guide for my client on their mental health journey. We are equals working together, and it is through a clients hard work that the healing can take place. I use a collaborative as well as attachment-based approach in working with my clients.
