I see older adolescents and adults experiencing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment, life transitions, loss, and interpersonal relationships. My approach is trauma-informed, and I use cognitive behavioral-therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral-therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR).
My interaction style is supportive, candid, and engaging. I regard the therapeutic relationship as one of these most valuable components of good therapy.
