As your therapist I develop an authentic bond to support you in this process of change that you wish to make. I am an advocate for your voice, and your needs at any point along the healing journey. While my job is to guide you through the process, at the end of the day true recovery is your journey.
I specialize in trauma and grief and loss, along with the many issues that follow those specialities including anxiety, depression, and dual diagnosis. I have experience in working with people from different backgrounds and facing a variety of situations. We all go through challenging times and can struggle with sadness, stress, confusion and indecision.
My clinical and life experiences can provide the guidance and understanding to allow you to navigate these difficulties successfully. I have a flexible schedule and will try my hardest to accommodate your availability, including nights and weekends. I look forward to working with you.
