I am a Psychotherapist, Dance Movement Therapist and Life Coach. The methods I employ are informed by almost 20 years experience as an educator, advisor, dance teacher, choreographer and Special Ed teacher. I specialize in working with children, teenagers, and young adults suffering with anxiety, learning disabilities, ADHD, and mild depression. I also provide individualized support to parents. My goal is to get to know you and what you desire in life. From there, we can work together to co-create a path towards healing, growth, and inspiration for your journey ahead, that honors who you are within your intersectional identities.
I believe in an embodied therapy, as a mechanism for identifying our emotions through our body. By leveraging the body as a tool to search for feelings, emotions, blocked energy... We can reconnect with our inner selves. We will first recognize your strengths, and work with your strengths and talents as a tool toward the challenges you are straggle with.
