I offer counseling services for women and girls in all stages of life, specializing in Perinatal/Postpartum therapy, anxiety disorders, and learning disorders. Women are multi-tasking backbones of society, not only to their immediate families but, society in general through their careers and community outreach. They often go under-and undiagnosed with learning disorders and mental health diagnoses. I want to help change those circumstances. My mission is to support women on their journey to becoming their own advocates.
My own experience of entering motherhood was followed by a diagnosis of a postpartum mental health disorder. I realized quickly that the social safety net for women post-childbirth, and during other major life events, is lacking and needed more readily accessible entities to help. I offer 30 Minute Sessions along with flexible appointment times to accomodate
I focus on providing a warm, comfortable environment without judgement, a true safe space for all women in all stages and phases. I practice because I care deeply, because I have been where you have, and want to help support women who are silently suffering.
