I will help you recognize and change negative, unhelpful thoughts, learn skills to cope with sadness, anxiety, anger, trauma, and loss, and learn how to build and maintain healthy, trusting relationships.
I have specialized training in working with families built through foster care and adoption, infant and preschooler mental health, positive parenting practices, trauma treatment, and coping with grief and loss.
