I am a trauma-informed therapist who believes that we thrive when connected with others. Unfortunately, many people have felt their deepest pain within their closest relationships, receiving messages about connection or worth being conditional and attached to performance or agreeableness. I work with individuals who desire to heal pain and who want to learn how to connect with others in healthy ways to thrive at home, at work, and on the field.
Valuing the mind-body connection and being informed in nervous system work, I approach healing from a whole brain, whole body approach. I have completed EMDR Basic Training 1. I use both of these modalities through an attachment lens to promote individual growth and performance enhancement.
