As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with many years of experience in the mental health field, I have worked with a variety of behavioral health concerns, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, Grief and loss and life transitions throughout the life span. I utilize CBT, DBT, and I am trained in EMDR. I am certified in mental health aspects of perinatal care.
