I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 30 years of clinical experience. There are many different approaches to therapy and it is of the utmost importance you feel a therapeutic connection to who you choose to work with. My approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and interactive . Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to work in various clinical settings and to assist many clients with achieving personal success. My therapeutic goals are to meet every client where they are at, and to assist them with identifying, developing, and putting into action goals to achieve their fullest personal potential.
My extensive clinical background provides me the experience to be skilled at working with pre-teens through adulthood either individually, as a couple, or family, struggling with trauma, addiction, mood disorders, anxiety, stress management, conflict resolution, parenting, relationship issues, personality disorders, ADHD, and self-esteem issues.
