I am passionate about my work and would be honored to help you get started on an enriching journey towards self-discovery and change. My focus is on individual psychodynamic therapy and psychoanalysis. I have some expertise in psychedelic integration and harm reduction for substance abuse and addiction. I mainly work with disorders related to anxiety, depression, complicated grief, attention issues, attachment and relational disorders, sexual trauma, work-life balance, and gender dysphoria. It is my goal to provide a safe and secure space to build a collaborative therapeutic relationship in which to navigate life's challenges.
Many people begin therapy because they find they lack the internal resources to cope with continuing to live in a complicated world. Especially post-pandemic, I recognize that many people feel lost, confused, disoriented, and disillusioned. I can help by providing a refuge where safety and inspiration can be rediscovered.
We all experience times of doubt and uncertainty. Together we can identify the things that you want to work on most. I often begin by establishing a sense of trust. Later, we can work to understand how you became the person you are, what are your strengths and weaknesses, and what conditions do you need to continue to grow and thrive.
