As a relational therapist, I can also assist you in strengthening your relationships with your loved ones.
I offer a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space in which we can collaboratively work toward your goals through developing new understandings and new coping strategies that focus on your personal strengths. I am passionate about helping you heal from the past while developing a sense of control, self-worth, and direction in your life.
