Arts + Parts - Summer 2024
Arts and Parts is a four-week intensive for kids aged 8-11 aimed at boosting self-confidence, building skills to reduce anxiety, and deepening self-awareness through therapeutic expressive arts. Participants will be introduced to parts work, psychodrama, and mindfulness techniques through developmentally appropriate—and fun!—exercises and activities, in creative community. Eight Enchanted Evenings - Summer 2024
This weekly group for 13-17 year olds will meet on Monday evenings, outdoors, in North Berkeley. Over eight weeks, group members will build skills to address anxiety and boost self-esteem—sessions may include dreamwork, journaling, parts work, and other colorful modalities.
