Are you in your 20's and having difficulty coping with the complexities of life? I am a licensed LCSW who has been working with young adults in schools and in private practice for almost 20 years. My entire career is focused on helping young adults and their families through life's biggest challenges.
My goal is to help you gain insight and provide you with the ability to navigate trauma, depression, anxiety, transitions, grief, loss, identity issues or any other struggle you're facing. I use a strengths-based, psychodynamic approach and incorporate motivational interviewing, CBT, DBT, mindfulness and Internal Family Systems based on each clients' need.
I believe strongly in the healing power of a trusting relationship between client and therapist, where both work together to create a plan specific to the success of the client.
