"Parenting a child with Autism" is a 6 week Online Cognitive Behavioral Therapy group therapy structured to support 8-10 parents focus on wellness and sustainability. Talking with parents that are living with shared experiences is a great way to learn the coping skills needed to deal with the ongoing pressures of being a caregiver, advocate, and decision maker. The goal of this group is to decrease anxiety and depression associated with raising a child on the spectrum. This group is open to both biological and adoptive parents of all ethic and cultural backgrounds.
