I practice from a place that we are all unique individuals with varying life experiences providing thoughtful & in-depth therapy for a variety of issues such as: Divorce Mediation, Uncoupling, trust & Intimacy Issues, CNM, setting healthy boundaries and I am well versed in Healing past trauma, anxiety & stress & depression.
My style is very warm yet direct, respecting each person’s unique process and experiences free of judgement.
