I believe the foundation of any therapeutic relationship is a safe and welcoming atmosphere where clients can be and express their authentic selves. As we go through our lives we may find ourselves burdened by our past, torn by difficult decisions, or struggling to let go of behaviors that do not serve us how we would like them to. In therapy we take a mindful approach of gentle curiosity to welcoming and communicating with parts of our being that have been hurt, neglected or unreasonably burdened and learn skills and techniques to manage inner turmoil successfully.

I support adult women (18-50) to heal from anxiety, depression, stress, grief and trauma. Maybe you feel unmotivated, burnt-out, stressed, worried, or have trouble sleeping. You might be facing new life changes (loss, graduating, new job, moving, a break-up) & all that comes with it (grief, fear, hope). Maybe you struggle setting boundaries with people in your life, you hold back from expressing yourself, or just feel short on self-love & confidence.
