Hello! My name is Renee` Marter and I am a Licensed Social Worker in supervision for my License in Clinical Social Work. I received my undergraduate degree in Social Work from Rutgers University in Camden and my graduate degree in Social Work (MSW) from Rutgers University in New Brunswick in the Addiction Counselor Training (ACT) Certificate program. I am proud to have my TF-CBT Certification through the successful completion of the National Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Therapist Certification Program. This is a wonderful therapeutic intervention for youth ages 3 to 18, who have experienced trauma.

The Counseling Center at Clark offers a substance abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Outpatient Program (OP) that combines evidence-based, state of the art treatment with 12 Step principles. Our substance abuse programs are designed for individuals struggling with remaining abstinent from the use of alcohol and drugs. The program we offer is focused on the individual and is designed to enable sober and productive living.

Born and raised in Newark, New Jersey, I have witnessed a lot that has helped me as a psychologist. I am experienced with working with children who have trauma and/or behavioral issues and adults who have mental health issues ranging from minimal stress to schizophrenia. I have worked with families that are dealing with infertility, infidelity, and separation. I am also a certified school psychologist. Hence, I understand academic difficulties and its impact on both the child and parent.

I am a psychotherapist specializing in anxiety, anger management, ADHD, depression, marital issues, political anxiety, covid anxiety, and adjustment issues in teens, young adults and married couples. My experience also includes working with various DSM-V disorders in addition to managing school based issues. Many of my clients encounter frustration when their concerns impact their daily lives, and I take the time to listen closely to their needs, and empower them to successfully navigate their challenges.

Footprints was started by a therapist who realized that often times the services provided to low socio-economic communities is lacking quality care. We noticed these communities were confronted with long wait times, disrespectful admins, and subpar treatment. The one and only purpose was to exploit the community for profit without providing the level of care deserved. Footprints began from the inspiration to provide quality mental health care to the poorest of communities and treating the clients of this community the same way a rich patient would be treated in a clinic treating affluent clients.

Justin Rudolph, LCSW received his masters degree in Social Work from Yeshiva University and specializes in cognitive-behavioral therapy with families, individuals, adults, and adolescents. He utilizes the most up-to-date cognitive-behavioral techniques and has extensive training and experience with mindfulness-based practices, acceptance and commitment therapy, rational emotive behavioral therapy, and EMDR. Justin operates from a compassionate, client-centered approach and will help to guide you on your path towards self-actualization and inner freedom.

My methods are deeply rooted in empathy, aided by a caring heart and an analytical mind, as well as an ability to build strong relationships and enlist clients' cooperation in facing life’s journeys. I use plain and even colorful language to create an atmosphere of safety, trust, honesty, openness, understanding, and growth. I've been in practice over 15 years. More than 7 of my years in practice have been dedicated to in-home therapy services. I have seen first-hand how much more at ease my clients are when completing sessions at home. Dr. Burgess is a counseling psychologist and the owner of BB Counseling. Dr. Burgess received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts. Upon graduation, he went on to receive his Master's Degree and Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Seton Hall University. Dr. Burgess treats a variety of disorders including but not limited to anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, ocd, oppositional defiant disorder, ADHD, anger, chronic pain, marriage counseling, and parental counseling. Treatment also includes psychological evaluations for bariatric surgery, spinal cord stimulators, and long term pain medication.

Paul Santasieri is a Licensed Professional Counselor certified in individual and marriage and family therapy, with over 25 years experience in the field. Paul graduated from The College of NJ with a Masters in Counseling. Prior to coming to Pathways, Paul was a full time Lecturer in Psychology at Ocean County College. Prior to that, Paul was the Supervisor of Student Personnel Services at Colts Neck High School. Paul specializes in all facets of therapy including, individual, marriage and family and an emphasis on adolescents.

I am a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor who has over 25 years of counseling experience. I have provided counseling for adolescences and adults from many different cultural and ethnic backgrounds. I am very sensitive to individual differences and will provide an atmosphere of trust, safety, and protect the confidentiality of my clients. It is my goal to assist individuals, couples, and families in identifying the issues and develop strategies for positive solutions.

Good day to you! My educational background is in Clinical Psychology and Counseling Psychology with a Post Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis. I began my career in providing behavioral and mental healthcare services in 2004. Since that time, I have devoted myself to helping youth, adolescents, and adults address neurodiverse needs. In June of 2016, I founded Beautiful Minds to meet the mental and behavioral health needs of youth, families, and adults living in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
