I received my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University. Prior to that, I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from Rutgers University as well as my Associate Degree in Applied Science in Animal Science Technology from Camden County College. My main focus in on women's health issues (i. e. , I only see adult females), which include, but are not limited to, anxiety and depression. My therapeutic approaches are mainly Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy.

As a therapist with over 20 years experience, I enjoy working with individuals who are actively seeking to create positive change in their lives. My approach is psychodynamic and supportive and geared to helping clients find solutions to the challenges that they are currently facing.

My focus includes helping people cope with emotional isolation and loneliness as well as developing and maintaining one's personal life to find happiness, fulfillment and intimacy in primary relationships. My practice also includes helping women find pleasure and satisfaction in dealing with the impossible balance of work, home and relationship life.
