I have experience in residential treatment, partial hospitalization programs, intensive outpatient, and in-home counseling. I use multiple approaches and methods to help clients toward their goals, including a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Art Therapy, and trauma work.
