I specialize in the treatment of Anxiety, Depression, Trauma and PTSD. I offer treatment using CBT, EMDR and DBT for these issues. Sometimes in life we find ourselves in a place where we need to talk with someone else about the burdens that we are carrying in our hearts and our minds. We know that we can't continue to go on this way but we don't know what to do to get out of it.
