My experience working with both substance use and mental health assist with my holistic approach to therapy. Working in different setting such as residential and outpatient treatment, have fostered my ability to provide different types of interventions to address most symptoms that we might struggle with.

I work with individuals struggling with mood disorders, anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, infertility and adjustment disorder/life transitions. Sessions are unstructured and are focused on supporting you to accomplish your goals. The therapy space is empathetic and nonjudgmental to safely explore thoughts, emotions, behavior and relationships. I am a compassionate listener and aim to be a supportive guide. Resolve Community Counseling Center offers the services of 14 masters' and doctoral level mental health clinicians (LPCs, LAC's, LCADC's, PsyD), under the supervision of a licensed psychologist.
