Over the past few years, I have dived into the scientific studies of Trauma & its historic impact on our bodies & mental health. I have also studied & practiced the science of meditation & its remarkable ability to alleviate anxiety & depression.

All ages are of interest to me as I believe in relationships and how clients are able to operate within the relationships they find themselves. With 29 yrs of work in education, students and young adults are of particular interest. I have worked as an in-school clinician in a K-8 school with children who have emotional, behavioral and interpersonal issues. As a former spiritual hospice counselor, I have gained extensive background in grief and loss therapy and end-of-life issues that are often manifested through family dynamics.

Tina Joen, MFT-LP holds a Master’s Degree from Alliance University. Embracing the belief that family dynamics and patterns intricately shape individual experiences, Tina approaches her practice with a focus on the interconnected set of relationships that define each client’s journey.

I am a seasoned professional with 40 years experience working in the mental health and addictions field. Jin Ha is a Mental Health Counselor with extensive training and expertise in assisting Children, Adolescents, and Adults. Jin Ha is a Columbia University graduate with a masters in Mental Health Counseling. A local Korean American New Yorker, Jin Ha is fluent in both English and Korean. Jin Ha's bicultural identity allows her to approach counseling with a culturally sensitive lens.
