My clients often express dissatisfaction with their image in the mirror—they feel stuck in unsatisfying careers and are struggling to determine the next step. They are either in relationships that are not mutually beneficial and are struggling to communicate effectively, or they are feeling overwhelmed with dating in this app-centric world. I love what I do and I think it shows. My main goal is to help clients address personal challenges, understand how early life events effect them, and how to take steps towards change.

Welcome. I specialize in the treatment of a variety of family issues. I treat children and teens struggling with emotional and/or behavioral issues and parents coping with these challenges, infertility and family-building through assisted reproduction or adoption and grief counseling for miscarriage and pregnancy loss. I offer a safe and supportive space to explore the many and often difficult choices and feelings associated with family building options such as IVF, donor sperm/egg, gestational carrier and adoption. I can help you manage the stress inherent in the process and help you work through couples and parenting issues.

I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults for over fifteen years. I have daytime, evening, and weekend hours available. I enjoy working with a variety of clients, such as new and experienced parents, students going off to college, and individuals who are looking to boost their self-esteem. I specialize in helping people identify, understand, and cope with their anxiety. I also offer parent coaching and grief counseling. I am happy to be a resource in the New Providence area.
