Krista Dwyer is a licensed clinical social worker. Krista is relaxed, compassionate, and thoughtful in her approach. The care she has for her patients and her passion for her work as a therapist come through in each session. She makes a point to get to know each of her patients, understand their lived experiences, and implement therapeutic strategies that are aligned with their goals. William Hodgdon is a licensed clinical social worker. William has been providing psychotherapy to a wide range of clients with a variety of problems and diagnoses since 1982. His goal is to propel patients into states and experiences, both internally and externally, that they did not initially know they could achieve. By approaching each patient as an individual, with unique problems and life circumstances, he can discover what they would gain from therapy. He uses a combination of solution-oriented therapy, CBT, motivational interviewing, and structured treatment to treat individuals and couples.

I am an LSW with years of experience treating teen/adolescents and their families. My areas of specialty and focus are depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, mood disorders, and trauma. The driving force behind my practice is to create a nurturing environment where kids can grow into healthy adults with learned coping skills and a better understanding of their own identity.

My ideal client would be willing to work with me systemically, meaning someone willing to look beyond themselves and think, “Why is this happening?” instead of just thinking they are the problem. For example, if someone is coming in to work on depression and anxiety, my ideal client would be willing to explore the underlying issues contributing to the depression and anxiety instead of someone who is only looking for coping skills and such.
