Dialectical Therapy (DBT) techniques help clients address problems in regulating emotions, impulse control, assertiveness, and relationship conflicts. DBT balances cognitive behavioral therapy techniques with self acceptance strategies from Zen practice. Clients will be able to better identify and manage their emotions, and practice applying learned skills to improve their life in all areas.
